Conclusion

. . . As I end of my Tapestry, I would like to conclude with my final thoughts. Within my tapestry, I have noticed the continuous patterns of how mainly the Novel, Art, and Movie excerpts that express Quotation One, relate to teens. They all relate to teens who are going through hard times, such as the graffiti artists, who are usually done by teens or young adults who feel the need to express themselves, or to be rebellious, or the movie of "John Tucker Must Die". It shows how these teens girls are going through high school and are having hard times with relationships, friends and feeling accepted. As for Quotation Two, the excerpts of Short Fiction, Poetry and the song relate to hardships with family or themselves. The song talks about this woman who is having hardships with her lover. The other two excerpts express a fight between family... I also noticed another pattern of how depressing these excerpts are as well as how depressed the characters are. I believe each soure complimented each other because they all relate to people who have been through hardships. I believe I have effectively met my goal that I have introduced my myth rationale. I believe without Conceit in our world, we would be all happier for awhile. Though, without the conceit in our world, we would all be dull in life. Conceited people give others a challenge I believe, and without the trait, we would be all alike in a happier yet dull life. I also believe without Conceit, we will have no self esteem issues. After spending months on this project, I have come to believe that those who are conceit are people who have grown up in hardships. They have problems with family, friends or lovers, and are people who have a hard time expressing themselves. Through human behaviour, they are showing selfishness, high selfesteem, and greediness. Through emotions, they seem to show sadness and confusion when alone, and pride when in public. Therefore, yes, I believe my term to be true.
